Dr. Luu was a graduate from National Defense Medical College， Taiwan.  He obstained his master degree in epidemiology from the Johns Hopkins University School of Mental Hygiene.

Dr. Luu is an Psychiatric Key Opinion Leader in Taiwan.  Now he serves as a  member of  Board of Directors of Taiwanese Ssociety of Psychiatry.
